Lasse graduated with a BSc in IT and Economics in 2016. Lasse is a serial entrepreneur and sold his IT company, Zenfit ApS, in 2021. Since the sale, Lasse has dedicated his time to investing in projects that create both economic and social value. Inspired by his family member, Joy Stokholm Andersen, as well as various documentaries, Lasse teamed up with Joy to establish Justitia Capital. This was done with a shared mission to promote justice and counter injustice by providing the necessary resources to pursue legitimate cases in court.

Joy graduated with a Master’s degree in Law in 2016. Joy is a certified insolvency lawyer and has been involved in insolvency law for over 10 years. Joy has a burning passion for insolvency law, particularly bankruptcy law, where the focus is on ensuring creditors’ satisfaction. Joy has often encountered the issue of having no funds in bankruptcy estates to pursue lawsuits that could justly optimize creditors’ recovery. This sparked Joy’s interest in litigation funding, which Joy has long wished to introduce to the Danish market. When the opportunity arose with Lasse, Joy was certain that it should be done, as the two together form a strong team. Justitia Capital does not engage in legal practice but solely in investment activities.
